Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
If your product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
